I booked a hadicap access roon and told the location, i had a service dog. They sent me a text to say the king accessabity room was on the 2nd floor, the syandard is only one on first floor. When i got there they said not pet friendly. I showed them the text i sent and adter much arguing they gave me the grpynd floir room snd sfter it was booked told me it had no hot water. The ypung girl at the desk was overwhrlmed with check8ns and the manager sat her butt in the office and gave her no help.f8nally i took an non accessible room on the 2nd floor so i could have a hot shower and no towels or wven a l8ght blanket in the room. It was disappointing but i blame the lady manager in duty not the desk clerk.

Room OK, breakfast not that much..

For the price I would have expected more. First interaction with front desk staff was ok, as I arrived early and could store my bag for a couple if hours, until checking in. When I actually checked in, front desk staff was pretty stonefaced, did not get a single smile then or at checkout, nor anything else, did not feel very welcome but checkin and checkout nevertheless went well. Room was good and ok clean, but feet were absolutely dirty after walking there for a while, so I guess floors haven't been wet cleaned for a while. Breakfast almost a disaster, dirty glassware, that maybe explains why they also supply plastic cups for one use, plastic cutlery and so on, what happened to the sustainability here? Some pastries, simple toast bread with butter and jam. Some sausage stew, frijoles and scrambled eggs. And some fruit, that's it. Eggs and frijoles were ok but I expected a LOT more for the price I paid, that was a sad breakfast.

Air conditioner did not worked

The room was good and comfortable, however, the air conditioner was not working properly. We stayed in room 329 and it took around 8 hours for the room to get a little fresh when we got there the air conditioner thermostat was at 61 F but the air was just verily fresh, my husband called the front desk and they instructed us to rise the temperature at 69 which we did, later on, somebody from maintenance came to our room to check on the a/c and change the temperature to 70 and said that because the room was too big the a/c would take longer to cool down the room and aid that if we lower to much the thermostat the unit could get frozen and the air can not circulate. We did as he said but the room never felt cool enough and we had a hard time to fall sleep at night. The next day we went out at 11 am and came back at 10 pm and found the a/c turned off, we were very upset because the room was very hot, the outside temperature was around 36 C, and housekeeping turned it off when they cleaned the room. It took again several hours for the room to cool down. Other than that we liked the hotel.
