The room and property itself was very clean. The check in for both nights was awful. No service when we arrived the internet was down so we couldnt check in for almost 45 Minutes. Ronnie was our savior and the best he could trying to check us in. Kuddos to ronnie! Thank you Ronnie. Also we wanted stay another night and I was double charged and was asked to change to another room. But again Ronnie helped us again that second night to explain everything, and asured us a refund.

Not Business Friendly
Check in and stay was okay. Check out was not good as they front desk clerk was unable to give me a receipt for the rooms. 2 nights, there on business and unable (or unwilling) to give a receipt for the room. Forced to track down an acceptable receipt from the Hotels.com site. More work and less acceptability. They charged for parking and didn't tell me until I was checking out. Wouldn't recommend the property to travelers on business trips.

I stayed for 13 days because my daughter had major surgery at st. Joseph’s hospital. The front desk was a mix of helpful, friendly staff and indifferent staff. When I exited the hotel the desk staff didn’t even thank me for choosing the hotel for my stay. Marketplace prices were ridiculous and it would be lovely if a bench was provided in the laundry room.

Bed was very hard caused pain and I work up every hour it seems due to the hard bed like sleeping on a door. $7 for parking is a bit mah it's not like it's in a prime area for tourism to warrant a fee. Hot tub was not very hot area around pool very dirty. Bottle cap in hot tub who knows how long it was there. Only reason I booked a stay someone said the bed was comfortable mine wasn't. Breakfast was ok probably a little better than others.

We needed somewhere to stay near GCU campus and this property came up as highly rated and close by. The area around GCU turned out to be kind of unsafe which we didn’t realize and I know it’s not the fault of the hotel or their staff, but I wish we had known that. The hotel staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast spread was good too (though they don’t start it until 7am but we had to leave before that), but the hotel itself seems to be more than a little bit run down. The faucet in our bathtub/shower dripped all night, no matter how much I tried to turn it to turn it off, it just kept dripping. In addition, our room windows looked out onto the street (vs. parking lot) and it was quite noisy well into the night.
