Had a great stay in one of the refurbished rooms (design). Bed was really comfortable with lots of pillows and crisp white sheets. Shower room excellent and clean. Communal areas are good, can't understand why some other reviews say different. There are vending machines for cold drinks, snacks and coffee which I found very useful. The staff were all helpfull. Breakfast is excellent, especially the service from Ali and the very lovely Ofelia, always with a smile, thank you.

Public transportation right outside the door and restaurants nearby are open til late. Staff was helpful. The room looks old and smelled a bit like sewage, when we checked in but it got better. The carpeted floors in the room looked a bit dirty. It’s fine for a weekend.

Some rooms need to de updated. I stayed in a family room, and the rug had a big stain and looked a little Gross. Staff are really friendly and apologize for it. They could not move us to another room because the hotel was full for the Marathon weekend. We have a complimentary breakfast for the 5 days.

The cleaning staff was very friendly and attentive, but the area that the hotel was in was kind of rough. I did not feel safe walking around, especially after dark. The biggest down for this hotel was the bet. They only offer two twin beds that you can push together to make a full. It makes her very uncomfortable sleeping, especially if you’re a couple.

Hotel was great, the reception area is really modern looking and the breakfast area is also really modern. The price per night is also excellent however, rooms are looking really dated and a refresh to modernise the rooms and hall ways after reception would go a long way. Cleanliness could be better but is what I would call "acceptable" given how well the hotel is priced and how accommodating and helpful the staff are (especially as our flight was late back we could store our luggage for free at the hotel). To clarify what I mean by the cleanness was "acceptable", when looking there marks/stains on walls and curtains where it looks like insects have been swatted and additionally some dirt stains in carpets in rooms and hallways. The beds were all clean and well made, toilets also clean (again would add that they would benefit from a refresh since they are dated). I would for the same price still stay here again however, I hope a refresh of rooms and hallways is being planned.

Decent place to crash in

The hotel was booked full and they didn't have enough room keys for everyone. We only got one key at first and were told to come back for the second one later. When we did, we still weren't able to get it and were told to come back the second time. We finally did get the second key in the middle of the night (luckily since we didn't get back at the same time). The service was kinda cold at times but one of the guys was friendly and nice to interact with. Everything was fairly clean in the room. For the money, it was a decent place to crash in!

Is this hospitality?

1. Relatively uninterested and disengaged staff. Exception: House keeping was always very friendly! Suggestion for improvement: Smile!? 2. Comfortable enough bed. 3. Black mold in shower. Suggestion for improvement: Clean properly!? Hire someone to get rid of the problem. The latter should be looked at asap. The first, the hotel manager should look into. Additionally: There is no security regarding leaving bags there (other than they lock the door), but anyone can say they’re picking up bags, and then take whatever. Give out tickets for each bag at least.
