Would absolutely stay again!
Fast check in and an offer to have a tub or shower as there was one tub left. Given tons of info about operations and was offered a work around for breakfast as I had to leave way earlier than breakfast started. Service in the lounge was fantastic the evening of Oct 26, not as great the evening of the 27th. Still fine, but not as good. The hotel is stunning!

Hotel overall very good. Staff helpful but not intrusive. Room cleaning service and assistance was particularly excellent. Location was important to us, and it allowed us to explore and enjoy quickly upon arrival, and located next to transport both incoming, and connection to Bergen by train.

Extremely happy with this hotel. Our room was very spacious and had a balcony. Bed very comfy. Breakfast was included and had a huge variety to choose from. Right next to Central station but our room was very quiet . Very good location walkable to lots of cafes and attractions. Would highly recommend staying here.

Only stay for the location.
Great location if you need the train station but we had a cracked toilet that leaked and was supposedly ok for us to use despite the crack being covered by a “bandaid”. The meal we ate downstairs was awful. A lasagne that was more a soup and made me feel sick and a very uncreative or unhelpful chef who wouldn’t do a simple fish and vegetables.

The location is fantastic. We walked right from the train station when we arrived and then took a train to the airport when we left. The breakfast is great. My son said his room was too cold. Mine was fine.
