There were ants everywhere. Room service never came to clean the room. The run is very run down. No microwave. I had booked a two bed room for three people. The man told me only two people and one person per bed. Very ridiculous.

The receptionist was great with providing assistance but once we got to the room it wasn’t so great. The tub was stained with something brown by the drain. The shower head pressure was way too strong and there was no way to change it. The floor in the room seemed like it was not swept (found hair balls all over) and the bed just seemed unclean.

I found a substance in a small bag under the bed and the room is old and out dated the place needs an extreme makeover but the front set clerk was excellent and very helpful, but unfortunately I have young children and I could not bring myself to sleep in such a dump and feel ok with myself.
