The hotel advertises having a swimming pool open from 8-22 in addition to a spa, which is why we had chosen this hotel. Not true, there is no pool. We tried to contact the hotel, to no avail—deceptive and deplorable service.

Vi hade bokat detta hotell specifikt eftersom jag ville bo i hotellet som min morfars farfar hade ritat. Tyvärr fick vi inte besked direkt vid bokningen att hotellet skulle renoveras och att vi därför skulle få rum i annexet i en annan byggnad, så det var en besvikelse såklart. Men rummet var fräscht och sängarna mycket bekväma. Personalen i receptionen var vänliga och hjälpsamma och erbjöd mig att ändå gå runt inne i huvudbyggnaden och se mig omkring. Pga byggnadsställningar runt hela hotellet var också den vackra utsikten över slottet från frukostmatsalen begränsad, men frukostbuffén uppfyllde våra förväntningar på en bra hotellfrukost.

Okej rum och personalen i receptionen trevlig. Jättedåligt utbud för glutenfri kost vid frukost. Var väldigt högljutt från gatan, skrek fulla tonåringar från kareoke baren till strax efter 2 men det kan man inte klandra hotellet för. Helt okej vistelse men ingen wow upplevelse.

Hotellet var rent, mycket sköna sängar. Vi var på spa på hotellet och det var mycket trevligt. Frukosten var helt okej. Det enda negativa var ljudisoleringen mot gatan. Det var fest utanför hela natten. Spelades hög musik osv vilket gjorde det svårt att sova. Vi rekommenderar att be om ett rum som vetter åt andra hållet.

OMG!

Rummet var mörkt och badrummet helt ostädat med smutsig toa och handfat och använda handdukar. Fick ett ersättningsrum som var ljusare men stopp i avloppet som ändå åtgärdades. Hotellet renoveras men borde stängas under tiden. Sliten foajé. Konstig grej var att inget av rummens telefoner till receptionen fungerade pga inga sladdar fanns. Frukosten var bra. Billigt pris men knappt bättre än B&B.
