The St. Kitts Marriott is the flagship resort for the island. It has every amenity you can think which makes it a destination location for travelers staying at other hotels and vacation rentals in the area. It is walkable to other restaurants, beaches, and shopping. You just can't beat the location.

Awful value for money

Unwelcoming staff, you walk in and no one says hi. They charged my stay twice because I booked last minute and the system didn’t register the payment. Staff at check-in didn’t spot this. In-room balcony fencing is made of plastic, poor quality furniture and products in the room too.

Spent most of my 5 night at the resort because it was so nice and convenient. All of the restaurants served very good food and the service was outstanding. Everyone was so polite and friendly. The casino was rather small but fun. There is a supermarket close and a cool bar and pizza/burger place a short walk from the hotel. You can get a cab to go anywhere.

It’s hard to run a large resort on an island catering to mostly American tourists. This is a nice facility but it’s very busy and feels crowded much of the time. The entire hotel could use a facelift into the mid 2020s and more staff. The main pool is not well suited for anyone not 20-35 and trying to drink rum all day.
