The REZz is a budget hotel located close to the River Lee in the Victorian Quarter, a nice neighborhood full of pubs and restaurants. The hotel is very close to the train and bus stations and within walking distance to all the attractions. There are stations where you can leave your food items in the fridge, make a cup of coffee or tea (provided), and wash and dry your clothes for free. The hotel also features a bar. My only complaint about this hotel is that I paid for the larger room, the "Just right" room but was given a smaller one, the "Tight fit. "I realized it almost at the end of my stay, when the cleaning person was preparing the empty rooms for next customers. The doors to several rooms were open so I had the chance to take a look. It was obvious that I didn't get the "Just right" room but the "tight fit." My room was identical to the tight fit ones and didn't feature the city views advertised. I talked to the manager and asked for a refund, but she only offered to place me in a different room. However, that was my last day at the hotel, and it made no sense after 4 nights there. The manager insisted that I was given the right size room, but I told her that I explored the empty rooms on my floor, and it was obvious that mine was identical to the intermediate-sized room. So, then I asked her to show me the "tight fit" room for me to verify and she blushed and said that she was not authorized to show me a room. That situation really annoyed me
