Däremot saknades AC på rummet (endast lite kyld tilluft) vilket gjorde att vi var tvungna att sova med öppet fönster (och öronproppar då det låg en nattklubb i närheten) eftersom det var värmebölja när vi var där. Väldigt bra frukost!

Otroligt snabb in- och utcheckning, väldigt bra service och fin frukost. Hotellet ligger väldigt bra rent geografiskt. Dock är det ganska gammalt och hade väl kanske behövt en uppgradering, men det är rent, sköna sängar och funkade utmärkt för en natt.

A very pleasant hotel close to the centre of Oslo. Nationaltheatret station is about 5 minutes walk away and a Metro station about 10 minutes walk. Close to the harbour - again about a 7/8 minute walk. Decent sized and clean room. Comfortable bed and very powerful shower. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of options - only downside was the lack of a second coffee machine meaning sometimes there was a queue at the machine in the mornings. Overall a good choice of hotel with a central location

This is a very run down hotel. The decor is stained and dirty. The door are splintered. The bathrooms are dingy with dripping taps. Outside the hotel was dirty with weeds and with evidence of drug users. The breakfast is good and the staff friendly but the hotel needs a serious renovation.

Väldigt varmt på rummet. Tror inte att aircondition fungerar och golvvärmen på badrummet går inte att stänga av. Hade varit bra med en minikyl på rummet. Rent men litet och lite slitet rum. Bra utvalg på frukost. Men kall varmmat och lnte så trevligt att äta i konferenslokalen. Hade skrivit att jag önskade parkering när jag bokade. Men fick ingen återkoppling och det var fullt i garaget när vi kom.

Good option if you want to save money, stay in downtown and be very centric. Is very convenient, the breakfast is very nice, but in the other side the bed quality is not the best. Very flofy and the pillows very big.

O piso do banheiro é aquecido, o que foi uma grata supresa. A cortina blackout é pequena para a janela, atrapalhando o sono, pois no verão o sol se levanta muito cedo. Há o barulho do tramway que passa em frente. Não é muito alto, mas pode incomodar os mais sensíveis. O café da manhã foi excelente. O staff é muito educado. A cama é macia demais. A localização está ok, mas um pouco longe do metrô. Há três pequenos supermercados na região. A TV não apresenta canais estrangeiros, somente locais. Não há frigobar no quarto. Não há chá ou café de cortesia. A banheira não tem cortina ou proteção de vidro, molhando o chão quando se toma banho. O wi-fi é fraco em sinal e velocidade. Por ser banheira, deveria ter uma proteção contra quedas (barras e antiderrapante).

Besviken vistelse på Scandic Solli

Vi valde detta hotell eftersom de hade parkering. När vi ankom till hotellet visade de sig att de inte kunde erbjuda oss någon (de hade endast 13 platser). Han i receptionen skrattade åt oss när vi påpekade detta. ”Haha trodde ni att ni skulle ha parkering i Oslo”. Oprofessionellt och förminskande. Vi behövde parkera i ett p-hus nära hotellet för 480 nok/24h. Detta var en väldigt oväntad och otrevlig överraskning. Vi fick ett rum på 5e våningen. Det fanns två hissar och den ena kunde inte åka upp till våning 5, pga en trasig knapp. Rummet i sig var helt okej. Lite äldre hotell som också är märkbart. På kvällen gick vi till receptionen för att fråga vart bastun fanns som vi tidigare läste om. Till svar fick vi ”jag vet inte, är inte säker om vi har någon bastu”. Vi fick leta på egen hand och hittade den efter en stund. Borde personalen inte veta detta? Det enda positiva vi kan komma på är att frukosten hade iskaffe, vilket är ovanligt, men uppskattat. Skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell. Främst pga den obildade och otrevliga personalen.
