Brilliant weeks stay
From check in to check out all staff were excellent. Very friendly and professional. Lovely room on top floor, great view, very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, great choice. Would definitely recommend. Close to all of the city attractions within walking distance, lots of access to cafes and pubs.

Very nice hotel, staff brilliant, perhaps hotel could look at lift/stair area… very restricted access to/ from the stairs in the event of a coach party arriving and all queuing to use the lifts… disaster in all honesty 🙈!!

Falling at the final fence
Our experience of the hotel was very good, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, food was good, room was comfortable and quiet. Our only problem was at breakfast, I left with our daughter to give my partner time to relax and enjoy her tea. The waiter then asked if he could clear her table. My partner said yes of course. The waiter then proceeded to clear the surrounding tables and put everything on my partners table, right in front of her were scraps and half eaten breakfasts. She was a bit annoyed but she didn't make a fuss and she said nothing but left obviously unable to enjoy her tea. The young man then held the door for her. I feel that his training was lacking as the waiter was very polite and helpful but lacked etiquette in customer service.
