This was a great location for us, not a far walk from where our daughter lives in Bushwick. The location was very convenient, right off the J train. We were glad our room was on the back side of the hotel because the train was right out front. But I do not know what the exact layout of the hotel is; perhaps none of the rooms look out onto the front. Thanks!

Room was very clean! Close to a subway stop so easy to get to manhattan. Overall great stay; room is small but expected in NYC. if you’re a light sleeper I would suggest getting a room on the back of the building as the train is right out front and can be loud.

The room was a good size. It looked as if the room and hotel had been updated. Everything seemed clean and comfortable. I was able to set the AC to a temperature that was comfortable for me. Stayed here early May. The staff was very nice, however the first night we noticed our shower was not very clean. There was hair and other things on the shower floor. We called and asked if they could have housecleaning just stop by and clean the shower, as everything else was ok. They said they would. When we got back that evening, the beds were made, and fresh towels were given but the shower didn’t look much different. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.
