We loved our stay. The room was small but clean and had what we needed, and was a great value / rare find. We were in a fourth floor walkup but the staff offered to help us with our luggage; very sweet. Our stay was easy and we'd stay there again!

The staff were amazing and so helpful when we had any issues, they addressed it quickly and helpfully. The location is also really great near a metro stop, and it's in the middle between Midtown and downtown which is convenient for sightseeing.

A somewhat basic hotel but the location is the big selling point. It was clean to a reasonable high standard. Note the rooms are very small, but it was perfect for our one-night stopover in the Big Apple.

Old building, had very old radiator that started banging violently at 3am Windows are not sound resistant at all, noise wise it feels like you’re sleeping outside. They should mention that there’s is no elevator.
