My stay was okay, the bathtub was dirty plus the shower head looked rusty! I’m from the city just needed alone time but I had to pay 20 dollars for parking which was ridiculous, I won’t be staying at the comfort inn downtown anymore also the breakfast was horrible the whole set up seemed rushed!!!!!

My husband and I stayed in this hotel based on the ratings coming from Ohio. I will tell you that we were super disappointed because the ratings were great and the rooms are disgusting. They are super small, we woke up with our backs hurting from the beds, there was not from somebody blowing their nose on the walls in the bathroom, it was nothing like was posted. We won't be staying again but I am going to write an honest review. Do your due diligence first before you book. I wish we would have stayed elsewhere and enjoyed our first time in Nashville. It was disgusting.

Well, the breakfast here ain’t what they said it was in the pictures they showed on the hotel.com app the eggs were rubbery. The food was nasty and didn’t have no place to sit to eat breakfast. It was a go. I knew that I wouldn’t have stayed here.

This hotel is just average. It was so close to the downtown area but far enough away that it wasn’t noisy, etc. but the hotel itself had outside corridors that were kinda loud and our door had a crack in it and the room was a bit dingy. It was fine because it was pretty inexpensive and the breakfast was a typical full array of breakfast goods.

Exceptional Service
We reserved a room the day before and drove all night to avoid a snow storm. It worked. We arrived at 6:30am. The hotel front desk personnel said they would do their best to get us a room early. And they did. We got a room at 10am and were able to get neesed rest while it snowed heavy. We appreciated the effort of the staff tremendously. We will return. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel.

Omg this place was perfect for our two day get away and New Years celebration! Great area, quiet and comfortable rooms! Friendly staff and fantastic breakfast! Close to all things Nashville! Great place! We will stay here again and recommend to everyone!

Last minute stay
I had a delay in travel and needed a hotel. I was able to find this affordable hotel last minute. It is an older hotel but it is clean, staff was so friendly and the room is really clean. It is a bit "confusing getting a round. My room was outside down a flight of stairs. Breakfast is in the third level. Elevator is outside of the lobby. But nothing that is inhibiting. I would stay here again.
