Pelo preço, eu esperava mais. Não vale o que custa. Só a Recepção, o Lobby e o Restaurante são modernos. Os corredores e quartos precisam ser reformados, tudo... camas, visual, tomadas (só tem voltagem 220), as cobertas são bem ruins. Não tem amenidades e o shampoo e condicionador oferecidos são de baixa qualidade. O único ponto positivo no quarto é que os secadores são da Taiff.

O hotel é bonito, quarto bem confortável, possui um bom cafe da manhã, porém a janta foi um desastre, simplesmente disseram que alguns dos pratos haviam acabado, sendo que contratei o pacote que oferecia 3 opções de janta e no final só tinha uma... Fora que esperamos 2h30 até servirem nossa comida, uma total falta de respeito, pura decepção. Voces possuem bons funcionários, na recepcao principalmente, porem a janta foi um pesadelo, os rapazes eram super mal educados demonstrado claramente que nao queriam estar ali, nos tratavam mal, nao nos davam atencao quando chamavamos, foi péssimo...
