Disappontment

I traveled to Curitiba on business. I planned to have dinner at the hotel while working, but to my surprise, the hotel does not have a restaurant (although it is advertised) or even room service. Although the building has 17 floors (14 rooms) only a small one (for up to five people) was functioning. For a Slaviero hotel, it disappointed me.

Hotel ok, Parking service Terrible

The hotel in general was good, excellent check-in service, good and comfortable room, breakfast ok, but the service could be improved. There was a delay in replacing fruits, cutlery, etc. The parking was terrible! I probably won't return to this hotel because of this. I paid R$ 31.00 and when checking out I discovered that the car was two blocks from the hotel and it took them almost 30 minutes to bring me the car! Parking service was terrible! The worst I have ever seen in my life!

O que mais se destacou foi o atendimento da equipe. Tive um pequeno problema ao chegar, pois inicialmente não estavam encontrando a minha reserva. No entanto, a situação foi prontamente resolvida, com muita agilidade e atenção, o que me deixou bastante tranquila. Aproveito para parabenizar todo o time pela habilidade, organização e, principalmente, pelo carinho no atendimento. Fui muito bem recebida tanto no check-in quanto no check-out. Equipe querida, educada e extremamente prestativa. A estadia foi ótima e certamente voltaria a me hospedar.

Hotel com atendimento pessimo, privada e pia entupidos no APTO 904! Café da manhã bem simples e sofrível diria. Para completar dia 26/12 acordei 11:30 da manhã e pedi late check out no hotel que estava aparentemente vazio me deram até 12:30 para sair ou pagar meia diária. Sai correndo sem tomar banho mas chateado pela falta de cintura e despreparo dos 2 funcionários da recepção. NÃO RECOMENDO A ESTADIA.
