Comfortable - safe underground parking available.
Very clean, comfortable room with underground car parking available for an extra cost. Cheap taxi rides to and from the old town. Sunday breakfast was MANIC as everyone turned up at once which resulted in long queues for the coffee machines!

The hotel was extremely nice. The young lady receptionist was so nice and helpful. Lobby was very spacious. The restaurant was also very large. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was clean, comfy, and had under ground parking (extra fee). Their buffet breakfast was a bit pricey but very nice. About 1 km from sites. So we walked there to the sites no problem. Don’t take your vehicle into the walled part of the old city unless you are a Europe pro driver & parker.

Good but expected more for 4 star at this price
The hotel is good but for a four-star hotel it’s lacking. There is no tea kettle in the room, there are even no Kleenex in the room. Very few electrical outlets, and in bathroom ceiling I see mold. The air conditioner temperature of the room needs to be a little colder.

Aire acondicionado apagado y caos en desayuno
La habitación estaba limpia y en buen estado, el aire acondicionado estaba apagado y tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta. El segundo día de estancia en el desayuno había un grupo de turistas, fue un absoluto caos desayunar, deberían poner más personal en estos casos, había una cola de 10 personas solo para tomar café.
