We had a great stay. It might have been due to peak season (with lunar new year vacation?), but we did notice parking lots were quite full, and the que for breakfast was long. We still had a great time staying at the Tsubaki Tower, and would love to revisit if we have the chance.

The Tsubaki Tower in Tamuning GU is by far my top choice of hotels. From check in to departure the staff are professional and attentive. The amenities are amazing, the rooms are large and comfortable. The ocean view is absolutely stunning. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!

Everything was excellent. The customer service was also thoroughly trained. It was a new hotel, so it was very clean compared to other hotels. The in-room facilities were also very luxurious and perfect. The staff's customer service was excellent, and I had a very meaningful time. The food was all well seasoned. I already heard The Tsubaki Tower is the best in Guam and it really was. Everything was clean, neat and organized. Every staff members has amazing hospitality and friendliness. We were all so thankful to The Tsubaki Tower and we will definitely come back!

It was a wonderful Guam memory. The employees were friendly, the guests and atmosphere were relaxed, and the stay was very relaxing. Access to the beach was a bit inconvenient, but the pool, lounge, and restaurant were so well equipped that this was not an issue. I would stay there again.
