De modo geral, um lugar muito confortável e bem cuidado, no entanto, peca em detalhes importantes como falta de comunicação com os hóspedes, como por exemplo, das seis noite que passei no hotel, duas noites o jantar foi transferido para outro ambiente e uma outra noite reduziram o horário de atendimento, e você só descobre quando chega no local. Também penso que um repart nesse porte poderia ter opções mais variadas de alimentação

Hotel ok. Só vale hospedagem pela estrutura da piscina e da recreação kids. Alimentação é muito abaixo do oferecido em outros hotéis de Gramado. Café da manhã com poucas opções (sem falar para quem tem restrição ao glúten q aí a opção oferecida são duas fatias de pão). No regime de meia pensão ou pensão completa o sistema é no buffet que além de ter poucas opções (não tinha opção de carne branca acredita!?) a comida é ruim. Feijão era uma água e não tinha tempero nenhum. Tudo sem gosto

Não sei se poderia ser chamado de resort, falta mais infra, explorar lugares ao ar livre, quando chegamos informaram que o almoço era a partir do meio dia, mas abriu somente as 12:30. O quarto era bem confortável. As opções de comida bem limitadas.

Boa opção em Gramado com crianças, mas há melhores
O Golden é um resort que eu tinha grande expectativa de conhecer, talvez por isso a minha nota não tenha sido melhor. Acredito que para um resort, eu esperava mais espaços/serviços. O quarto é bom, tem um bom espaço, bem equipado, contudo o colchão bem duro. Café da manhã com uma boa variedade e qualidade, mas podia ser melhor organizado, pois há dificuldade para conseguir mesa. A sala da recreação é bacana, tem uma piscina de bolinhas bem legal, e uma área de games interessante, porém, as atividades não há separação por idade, como há em outros resorts (baby, kids e teens, algo assim) para ter uma aderência maior além dos menores. Sobre a comunicação: dentro do resort funciona muito bem, porém a comunicação antes da estadia é quase inviável.

Decepcionou.
Não vale a pena, dentre tantas opções que somos acostumados a ir, o hotel deixa muito a desejar. Ao chegarmos no quarto nos deparamos com um colchão tão rígido que dói ao sentar ou deitar de lado. A estrutura oferecida é pequena, espaço das piscinas e jacuzzis. Existem hoteis que não se chamam resorts que são bem mais completos e confortáveis.
