Nice place, would stay there again
Stayed here for one night during the Corona Pandemic. It was very quiet, Bar closed but Restaurant opened for 2 hours to feed the Guests. The Staff was friendly, Room was modern and clean. I'll stay there again on my next Business Trip.

Joke
I was not informed that you needed to put 100 euro as a deposit down until i was checking in. I was told on the day i checked in(saturday) that my money would be back in my account by weds, its now friday and its still not there. Absolute joke

Great Hotel!
The hotel staff was wonderful and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The hotel cafe and restaurant were also very good. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The only downside for us was the hotel is a 20 minute ride via taxi or Uber to downtown Dublin for sightseeing.

Exceptional 10.0
Would like to mention Kenneth the duty manager, he was excellent. I fell over in my room and ended up being taken to hospital by ambulance Kenneth was on the phone next morning to make I was ok and offered to pay any bills I’d encountered. What a lovely guy and great gesture which went along way with myself.

Red Cow Hotel
Very comfortable stay overnight. Didn't use the facilities, just checked-in, slept, and left. Helpful staff

Disappointing
The service level needs to improve significantly. This is a 4 star hotel with the service level of a hostel, especially for events hosted there.

Good 6.0
There was bulbs missing from some of the wall lamps, other lights in the room were not working. Over charged on room service and no receipt shown. Refund was given when reception was contacted but the person was not polite when he came back.

Lovely hotel - request a quiet/newer room
The hotel & staff are lovely and very accomodating. Room service was very tasty. However despite a comfortable clean room I didn't get a good sleep. If you are staying here, request a room at the back of the hotel. 1) My room was at the front of the hotel. It wasn't the traffic noises that disturbed, that was actually fine. The hotel has floodlit the entire front of the hotel. With proper blackout curtains this would be OK - however the cornicing means there are large gaps between the ceiling and the window - lots of extremely bright light coming in. 2) The doors allow a large amount of sound to enter. The person in the adjoining room was a snorer (it happens) and I actually got a fright when coming out from the bathroom as I thought there was someone in my room. Exterior door also did not do much to muffle noise from the corridor. All in all a very nice hotel, but just a few things that could be improved.

Not the best
Leaking bathroom toilet, food was abismal and expensive. Bedroom set up was excellent plenty of space but distance to the hotel states a 2 minute walk from the laus stop, took us 8/9 minutes walking and we're fast walkers. Checking in was so rushed as if the receptionist didn't care, night staff was rude when I asked for 2 dental kits, gave me one and told us to share. Asked for breakfast at 1015 and didn't show til 1130 with the wrong order and overcharged us. Would recommend ordering food to the hotel.
