    Reservation made with no refund
    We made reservations on the app for 2 adults and one child. When we arrived at the place less then 2 hours after making the reservations we found that they put us in a single king with a recliner instead of a couch. I went to office and told them that i could not have my daughter sleep on a recliner they told me that that was my only choice. And i could not upgrade or move to another room. They also told me no refund available. I would have to take the room that they have me. I was always told that if i needed another room that i would have to buy another room. I was told that was the hotel policy of the hotel. We left never staying in the room. Was very angry and felt like it was a scam to get me to pay for a second room. Went to holiday in Express and was met with open arms. Will never stay at remada ever again. And not sure if i ever want to use this app again. Cause called for help while i was at the motel and was on the phone for 45 min just to be told sorry they could not help. With a tired 4 year old in the back seat that was upset and just wanted to go to bet at 10pm at night.

    It's okay, but dont expect Ramada quality
    The check in process had some issues which were our own, the desk clerk seemed as though she would rather have not been working. The property must have recently changed from the Yellow Rose Inn to a Ramada as the sign out front looked tochave been temporary. The lobby was unwelcoming, the property appeared good from outside. We got into our room no issue, the problems started when we opened the door. The room was stale smelling, and had a must like mold or mildew was present. The beds were good, as were the pillows. The ice machine on our floor didnt work so you had to use another on the 3rd floor. The room had cobwebs above the door woth dead bugs in it, there were other dead bugs found around the room. There were several places along the walls with gouges and scrapes. The shower had some odd look in the floor it almost looked as though something had been glued to it and pulled away. Overall its ok, but high priced for not being up to Ramada standards.

    Carona virus stay.
    It is really unfair to your hotel to take this survey because of the carona virus. Due to state and area restrictions the hotel was unable to provide the continental breakfast, the access to the pool, and other amenities.The service was good and the room was clean.

    The hotel is a decent place to sleep. Nothing fancy but clean. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was your typical free breakfast with the waffles being the best item available and the eggs were so so.

    Not the nicest, not the worst.
    The 1st room we were given the key swipe would not work, it turned green for us to open door but door would not open, we were given another room, same type we requested, when we entered it it had a very musty odor, made trip to Walmart and purchased room deodorizers. King bed mattress was not pillowtop or modern but not unbearable. The toilet seat was round and small not elongated like most newer toilets (very uncomfortable). Shower was new and nice. TV would not turn on & off with remote but would change channels and volume. Not the nicest room we have stayed in but not the worst. Liked the location.

    I had car trouble on the way in and the gentleman at check in was very gracious on my arrival. He held the room and made everything very easy for me. It was much appreciated after a difficult night. The room was everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.
