Perfectly fine stay.
Solid place to stay. Parking is awful. Down a hill around a corner. No valet for people that might need it. Only elite members can park up close to the door. Would hate to stay in winter. Put at farthest room from elevator next to machine room while traveling with friend with mobility issues. Thankfully it was only a one night stay on a longer trip.

Got to my room. No air. Had to be moved. Waited too long for front desk and had to call again for new room. New room i had about 5 min of hot water both mornings and no water pressure. Keurig was filthy inside and needs to be cleaned.

There were several things I found wrong with this hotel. * No daily room tidy. I shouldn't have to request this. * Shower head was so loose that I had to hold it with one hand in order to take a shower. This shows that they don't inspect the rooms for such problems. * Furnace wasn't turned on?! They told me that this is a State rule. Well then the Hotel leadership should shout at the State legislature and tell them their policy is ludicrous instead of not allowing guests to control the room temperature. * Toilet leaked so that each 5 minutes or so, it would refill and make noise. Again, no inspections of rooms to proactively prevent this. * The Staff while very nice and friendly, didn't tell me where everything was at check in. Better would be to go over the amenities, locations of things I would be interested in using etc.. * Hot tub was broken. I picked this place just so I could use it. I wouldn't be able to recommend this hotel nor stay there myself again unless All of those are rectified.

Horrible experience
We had booked 2 queen beds per room and 2 rooms. They had only one available and were asked to adjust. Next day we requested additional towels and coffee pods for coffee maker and the front desk guy snickers and says ‘a form has to be filled with the front desk to get those’ and we were like woah! First time we had ever heard that for a simple request like that. The beds were lumpy and carpet had stains. But the worst part was that their front desk customer service stank!!! One of the worst! Wouldn’t recommend anyone going with them…

6/10 Good

Beautiful hotel with a lovely garden atmosphere. The hotel itself was beautiful and unlike other hotels I've stayed at. The room provided a nice view into the suburbs and trees as well as a comfortable bedding set. However, most of the staff was rude and sometimes disrespectful. There were two men that worked the front desk that were very polite and helpful (black man with short hair and white man with long hair and beard, do not remember their names unfortunately) but the rest we interacted with gave us attitude and acted as if it was bother when we asked them for directions or assistance. Particularly one of the breakfast servers, by the name of Christie, was condescending and spoke to us as if we did not belong. Despite this, the atmosphere of the hotel plus the fair price would convince me to stay at this hotel again but not before looking at other hotels in the area first.

Only one of three elevators worked. Button to activate calling the elevator to go down from the 4th floor did not work. Actually talked to the maintenance man in front of another employee and told him about it. His response was you have to hit it hard and on the bottom right of the button. (It’s not a button but much larger) Ceiling of room was leaking water near the window. Puddle of water on interior sill which spilled onto the floor. Entrance from the parking lot on side door ( clearly marked entrance) is not secure. A room key card is not necessary to open the door and it was never even locked.

#1 Air conditioning is horrendous for wedding venues, God awful honestly. As well as AC for rooms above 3rd floor when it's merely 86 degrees outside. The rude person who switched our room admitted he simply tells people no available rooms because they are so used to it, albeit I was rude after 2 days of dealing with this. PRO tip, if you advertise AC, provide adequate AC. Will never return but if this helps anyone, you're welcome. S
