We booked online with the expectations of there being a pool , upon arrival we were told the pool was under renovations ( no where on their property or website did they mention this . The little one was very disappointed, the water in the room was no more than lukewarm , when showering the tub was filing up with the water , it wasn't draining properly . Our bed was rock hard and so uncomfortable while the little ones bed sunk in the middle and she had hard time getting out of it or comfortable. There was no body wash for the shower. The outside door did not close all the way. The only good thing for our stay was the half decent breakfast.
