Access to the house is accompanied by a short walkway in the middle of the green lawn. The entrance welcomes you with a well-equipped living room and kitchenette. A small fireplace houses a fire that warms in winter, but the house is equipped with a hot / cold heat pump.

The sleeping area is separated by a sliding door, with an intimate and private double bedroom, and a bunk bed completes the sleeping area in the small bedroom.

Small but complete bathroom: equipped with shower, bidet, sink and toilet

The house has a parking lot about 50 m from the accommodation, but always inside the village.

In the summer, the village of Calaverde is frequented by residents and tourists, a real holiday!

Prices range from a winter low to a higher price in the peak summer periods.

The village of Calaverde is easily accessible by train and bus from Elmas airport, about 45 km
