The hotel and service is beyond great! Very quiet and clean. They offer a five star breakfast buffet that includes both local and International food options. Our family enjoys the food and service a lot during our stay. The hotel room is spacious and beautiful. We will definitely book the hotel again when we visit XI’An next time!

We loved the GM, traveling as a family of 4 with 2 rooms. The GM is aged royalty, a bit past her prime, but she remains elegant, graceful, and comfortable. Great hotel for the money. We would happily return.

Maybe I am just being mean for not giving this property a five star. The porperty is in a very good condition, not as close to the touristic areas within the city wall. Receptionists do not speak very good english but they did their very best to help me especially when I was contacting my Didi driver for my pick-up. I would definitely stay in this property again though.

The building and the room has the old english theme which is very unique. i totally understand if the hotel management want to keep to the theme but some refurbishments are needed as the room look worn out i.e bathroom tiles, the cabinets, carpets. Hotellet är ett äldre finare hotell men idag upplevs det som relativt daterat. Med stora rum och bekväma sängar är det dock ett bra alternativ för priset och frukosten var helt ok med både kinesiska och västerländska alternativ. Läget är ok, inga restauranger utöver lyxrestauranger i direkt närhet men ca 30 min promenad till de muslimska kvarteren samt drum/bell tower.

Limpio, buena ducha. Restaurante y bar con precios elevados. En las inmediaciones no hay vida, hay que andar unos 15 minutos para encontrar los primeros restaurantes.
