Very nice experience at the Renaissance Wien hotel (UllmannstraƟe), especially for the spectacular service and attention of Albert and Denise in the dining area. They treated us very well and with great kindness. I wish all the service were like this. The room was impeccable, as were the bathrooms. The dining room, the TV room, very good too. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

The body wash was not replenished for two days and was replenished only after tipping. The room was not cleaned for one day. I told the front desk but they just gave me 2 towels. I expected salmon for breakfast but it was disappointing as it was just basic egg and bacon dishes. Everything else was good.

The Renaissance Wein is a lovely modern hotel with an artistic touch. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Itā€™s located across the street from the train station and once you figured out how to get to the Alt Stadt all was great.

After having to complain many times, I was finally able to move from an extremely noisy room. The main window had been fixed shut, but still let in all the traffic noise from outside. Several of my colleagues also lost sleep for the same reason. I moved to a room where the windows closed properly, but with the aircon set to minimum, the room was still too warmā€¦ In February! After having may issues connecting to the internet (as with many other guests), an internet fee was added to my bill. I would not recommend this hotel.

The cleaning of our room was poorly, often done in a hurry and we had the strong feeling our room was one of the last being serviced. Stayed for 5 nights and after 3 nights the bedsheets should have been changed but that didn't happen. We stayed here before and never had any complains. Maybe a shortage of housekeeping staff?
