This hotel is amazing. We stayed in the family suite and it was so spacious for a family of four. Kids loved hitting golf balls, swimming in the spa pool open for kids 11-2, the gym and the gorgeous outdoor meals. Breakfast great too but agree re flies- eat in the non glass area. Loved the area- the nearly midieval town is gorgeous! Can’t wait to return.

We love staying at L’Andana. It is a beautiful place in a wonderful location. The staff are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to help you and to make your stay perfect. The restaurant is another wonderful experience with delicious food and excellent wine with the same superb service from all staff. Breakfast is a delightful experience, either in the beautiful garden or in the breakfast room overlooking the garden. Un bel hôtel au milieu de la Toscane Mais un peu au milieu de nulle part… pas grand chose à faire aux alentours … spa magnifique mais prix exorbitants tout comme le room service ( prix indécents !! 34 euros une focaccia avocat saumon ) Joli petit déjeuner ( si la tondeuse du jardinier ne vient pas vous déranger) Merci cependant pour la délicate attention dans notre chambre… Bref un bel hôtel mais pas mal de choses à améliorer…. 🌸

Great property. Great staff. Food was incredible both in quality, taste and the ambiance surrounding dining. One note is that Expedia and their site make it appear that there is one room for each category. We stayed in the prestigious suite and thought we'd have the small pool within the room. We were given another room and while it was stunning, we did suggest updating their site so it would clarify. Nevertheless, a great quiet get away while touring Italy's Tuscan region!

My lower rating is mostly because of the breakfast and room service. Staff welcoming us was great and very helpful. Room was ok, the bathroom was really big with a separate area with a soaking tub which was really nice. We ordered room service one night and food wasn’t great. The breakfast the next morning was definitely not what you’d expect from a five star resort, it left a lot to be desired.
