Our holiday was to celebrate a special birthday which the staff went completely above and beyond to make us feel special. The express bus through the resort was a highlight for our toddler, with the drivers always making an effort to remember his name.

Leaving Ceiling at the Hilton!
Stayed at the Hilton for 7 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. The main bedroom had a leak in the ceiling which left water all over the floor. Spoke to the manager on 2 occasions but she didn't care. Said she would look into it and move my family to another room, but didn't get back to us. Left messages at the checkin for the manager to help us, but never bothered getting back to us. The maids were shocked that we were not being helped. We had to get extra towels to put on the floor to absorb the water. Such terrible service - this is the Hilton, not some shabby place. There are no covered walkways on site, therefore, you have to walk everywhere with an umbrella when it rained (which was often). Pathways were flooded therefore your shoes got wet. We has in room dining a few nights - poor quality food. Breakfast on site was excellent though as were the staff (except the manager). Overall the place is a bit rundown and not worth the money. Poor service from management (I guess they had our money already). Won't be staying there ever again.

Not to Hilton standards
Not as nice as others in Denali. Door lock/dead bolt did not work at all. Anyone could come in as latch did not work. Shower head/hose sprayed water everywhere. The room itself was OK but overall maintenance and upkeep not up to Hilton standards. Housekeeping kept forgetting towels and wash clothes.
