A fabulous weekend
The hotel was brilliant our nephew absolutely loved every minute of his stay it’s very child friendly he loved the bunk beds and bean bag in the room We had a meal at the restaurant with the dragons and dinosaurs great for the kids but the bistro was much nicer. The wildlife park was brilliant. We will definitely be back.

Another fantastic stay. Very comfortable bed, love the decor. Extremely friendly staff throughout. Buffet breakfast is excellent. It’s incredible value for money when booked in advance. Thank you for our anniversary card and gift in the room, such a nice gesture.

Getaway for two.
We decided to stay here to use the hotel as a base but also be able to go and see the animals each day as we are annual pass holders. It wasn't great weather but we got to see so many of the animals, especially the big cats. The hotel staff were friendly and only missed cleaning our room because my husband was in it once. Breakfast wasn't so good. It was barely warm, bacon and sausages were dry and toaster wasn't set right. However, the staff were helpful and friendly.

Stayed one night after visiting the illuminations which were amazing. Room was really clean, smelt lovely plenty of towels/toiletries in bathroom. Tea coffee ect provided also a fridge and safe were in the room. Paid for breakfast loads of choices something for everyone well presented

Once again, it was a fantastic stay at Hex. The room is so inviting from the comfortable bed to the fluffy towels. All staff members were friendly, and although we didn't need them, I overheard support they were offering to others, which was fantastic. This will be our third stay as a couple and will definitely be staying again.

Great stay which could be improved with a proper chair in the room, as grandparents sitting on a beanbag is quite a challenge. Restaurant service was appalling and very poor response to complaints. A great stay in a standard room with a balcony as a family of four. The attention to detail from arriving to departing meant the money spent on this stay was worth it. The place is clean and welcoming, it smells beautiful in the lobby and around the hotel.
