Close to perfect but not there yet
Everything was great, including how staff communicated, facilities (gym and pool), check in and checkout, parking and ease of use, fast response from registration. A few subtle issues: - the building seems old, for example the thermostat in the room was a very old manual one - room was not very clean, we did see a small cockroach in one of the bathrooms once. - the location of the building is too far from dubai center. This might be a benefit for others but is an issue if you are coming for business.
