Make sure any issues are dealt with before you pay
Pretty good, but choices at Restraunt often not available. Bed had a sunken mattress that I complained about over a week ago, they said they would get back to me, but I guess Fiji time. Very expensive and I expect better.

We really enjoyed it however each night around 4am a group of staff would chat directly outside our room. And I found the lighting a bit odd - to have the kitchen/mirror lights on, every other light in the bedroom came on too! And - one more thing - the aircon controller lit our room up like a lighthouse, so we had to cover it up each night.

The Hotel is beautiful and staff very kind and smiley. However, there are not many options for food, the hotel has 4/5 restaurants and they all offer pretty much the same menu. Quality of food is not the best. Food really needs to improve to match the hotel price.
