It was the worst hotel experience in my history of traveling, first they could not find my booking, then my assistant paid another room, then they still charged my card for the booking they could not find, after fighting them they say the money will be returned but if I said nothing they would not refund, the breakfast was terrible cold and with hair and scrambled eggs with eggshells in it, if this is a for star hotel, then I'll try book 8 star next time. I reported the complete incident to my friends in the government and we consider to recommend our organizations to stop using hotels. Com as well.
