An unpleasant Experience in Hacienda el Santuario
The front desk and reception area employees have no customer service whatsoever they are kind of creepy except the kitchen staff. room had only warm water, the shower tub was kind clogged, room had a moist smell, noisy room; they had a crew hammering on the roof for an entire day with zero consideration for the customer, no laundry service, no elevators so if you get a room on the second floor it is a pain to carry the luggage because of the steep stairs. The breakfast gets old having the same thing every day chilaquilas, eggs, black beans. In overall the hotel had a creepy feeling, I would not recommend this hotel there are plenty of hotels in el centro. Good Luck if you pick Hacienda el Santuario!
