No deposit received
I was not reimbursed for my deposit. I called and asked to speak to a manager but never received a call back. I had to take time from my schedule to call my credit card company and dispute the charge.

Budget & Pet Friendly
Clean & quiet. There were drunks outside the motel, but they didn’t bother us. I really appreciated the fact they allowed dogs here. Price very reasonable. I would stay again.

Good for our over night stay on the way to our way to Minneapolis. Door stopper was broken in our suite which was slightly concerning and there wasnt much room to dine in for breakfast (roughly 4 small tables) but other than that it was good for what we needed

We were stuck staying here as every other hotel was full. The front desk staff were not friendly at all, in fact they acted like we were bothering them. The outside was full of garbage everywhere and they had rat traps out…..the breakfast was not edible. The towels were washed but had stains all over them. The room itself wasn’t bad, but everything was not good. Also, there were people hanging around outside at night and they lit a bonfire right in the parking lot. No one seemed to care.

I highly recommend NOT staying here. The pillows are for infants, they were reluctant to give us towels (we were 4 people there were only 2 towels), the "free breakfast" was all carbs and sugar, we did not eat a thing, plus the guy was over an hour late setting up the breakfast. The cleanliness was sub-par as the floors and glass everywhere were filthy. Would not recommend at all. Pay the little extra to stay somewhere else!

The best part of this hotel was the beds were comfortable. It was quiet as well as there was not a lot of people there. The sink in the bathroom was broken and moved around all over the place and the refrigerator was leaking. The building smelt like weed and the breakfast looked it it was there from the night before. I would not stay there again, even if the sleep was decent.

The rooms appear to have been recently renovated. Property was clean and quiet and a good price point.
