Schöner Aufenthalt mit Abzügen

Unser Aufenthalt im Precise Hotel Hafendorf war schön! Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende! Im Hotel herrscht eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre, es gibt dafür, dass es kein Wellness-Hotel ist, zwei Saunen und einen einladenden riesigen Pool, der uns sehr positiv überrascht hat. Sehr unangenehm für mich war, dass es dem Servicepersonal nicht möglich war, mir daunenfreie Bettwäsche zur Verfügung zu stellen. Es klappt leider selten, dass es beim 1. Mal klappt, aber das bin ich gewohnt. Dass es aber VIER Anläufe braucht und mir jedes Mal wieder ein neues Daunenkissen gebracht wurde, avancierte iwann zur Farce. Zum Schluss lagen 5 DAUNENKissen auf dem Bett. Als Allergiker ist das keine Frage von Komfort, sondern Gesundheit (Atemnot) und da war es eine Unverschämtheit, als mir nach dem 4. Mal an der Rezeption gesagt wurde: „Wir bringen Ihnen dann morgen eins.“ wir hatten nur eine Nacht gebucht! Zum Schluss, des nachts (!), wurde das Problem gelöst, war aber keine schöne Erfahrung. Ansonsten ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich spitze. Die Zimmer waren genau wie auf den Bildern, als Buffet war abwechslungsreich, frisch, lecker und reichlich. Das Personal war unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Spa Bereich ist großzügig und sehr schön ausgestattet. Das einzige was man verbessern kann, es sollte Wasser für die Sauna noch zusätzlich an der Rezeption zum Spa stehen und nicht nur in der Lobby. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Schöne Anlage , aber nicht gerade preiswert

Das Resort Hafendort ist eine schöne Anlage mit der Möglichkeit per Rad oder auch Schiff die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sauber. Vom Balkon hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf den See. Leider war der Fitnessraum zu unserer Zeit nicht nutzbar. Durch das große Schwimmbad (sehr sauber) ist die Anlage auch gerade wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist ideal. Leider gab es zum Abendbrot nur Buffet oder im Restaurant eine eingeschränkte Speisekarte. Nicht nachvollziehbar sind einige Preise. Zum Bsp. ein Bier für 6 Euro 0.5l (teurer als in vielen Großstädten in bester Lage).
