The room was more spacious than our previous Paris accommodations. There was room for 2 persons plus luggage in the elevator. The room was clean and the bathroom was newly renovated. There was no refrigerator which is a slight minus. Also, the glass screen for the shower did not seal so after you took a shower there was a small lake on the floor. But overall I recommend this hotel.

スタッフの対応が悪い。 チェックイン時にチェックインプリーズと伝えたが、私は英語・日本語が話せないといわれて逆切れされた。他のスタッフが対応を変わってくれチェックインができた。 オリンピックの時期のだったので競技会場の最寄り駅を確認したら、2KM歩く駅を案内された。 チェックアウト時に電車の時刻表と乗換え案内を相談したが、オペラまで15分だから歩いたほうが早いといわれた。オペラまで歩いて1時間かかり、飛行機に乗り遅れそうになった。 どのスタッフも対応がいい加減すぎる。 白人を優先するので、私の対応をしているのに白人郵船で30分から1時間待たせれる。 白人優先で待たされない日はなかった。 連泊のため、掃除を求めていなかったが掃除を行った日があり受付に掃除無しと伝えた。
