Enjoyed our stay! The staff was quick to respond to our needs, and we found the bike rental very convenient. Recommend that North American visitors consider the larger rooms available. As first time Mallorca travelers, the Portifino Hotel met all our needs.

The hotel is well maintained staff are very helpful . Area is really good close to the beach and lovely promenade. Would certainly return . The room was small but adequate for the 2 nights . Might upgrade if going for longer. Very family oriented area although we were there as a couple . I would give the hotel more stars if I could. Parking around the streets .

Great hotel for a quite break
The hotel is really lovely . Not crowded and all the staff are lovely . Just a minute walk from sandy beach. Although the rooms are small they are so clean and comfy. The only reason it didn’t give the facilities a 5 star was , we were expecting a roof top bar which is closed and the normal bar closes at 6 . Which is S shame if you want a drink .

We loved this hotel! The staff was friendly and checked us in around 1 am when we got there. Their website says they stop check in at midnight but I can confirm that they’ll pretty much check you in at any point you just have to email them for a super late check in. The rooftop bar was super cool and a perfect view of the sunset over the mountains! The room is quite small but we found it comfortable. Would stay in here again for sure and would recommend.

This was a chance find on Expedia and we were very happy. Gorgeous swimming pool, lovely rooftop bar, comfortable lounge in reception while we waited for our taxi. The staff were so friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Our room had comfortable beds, good showers and welcome air conditioning. We didnt have breakfast, but it looked lovely. The beach was a couple of minutes away and we had paella at El Bungalow overlooking the sea, which was really good. Shops and restauants on the doorstep. All in all, a perfect stay for us.

This was our second stay at the Portofino, this time at the end of our week in Mallorca. We had a comfortable room with a sea view, aircon and powerful shower. There was also a small fridge which was really useful. Check-in was straightforward and our room was ready early. The pool is lovely, with plenty of chairs, loungers and parasols and there is a bar serving food. The beach is a few minutes’ walk away. The rooftop bar is a bonus, with panoramic views and cocktails. The staff were so helpful and friendly, including arranging taxis, giving recommendations for restaurants and advice about buses. Checkout is a generous 12:00. Our flight wasn’t until later in the evening, so we stayed round the pool and were given the use of a single room to shower before we left for the airport. We couldn’t fault the hotel and would definitely stay here again if we had the opportunity. Thank you.

Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Ett okej budgetalternativ där man enkelt kan ta sig från hotellet till Palma centrum. 4-stjärnigt är i överkant, vi ger hotellets standard knappa 3 stjärnor. Små rum, litet badrum, ingen plats för att ställa väskor, heller ingen plats för necessär. Väldigt lyhört, både utifrån med flygplanen och från korridoren in till rummet.

Wir waren schon oft in diesem Hotel und kehren immer wieder gerne zurück. Es hat eine sehr gute Atmosphäre und Lage: so nah zum Strand und viele nette Locations in der Umgebung. In den Stadtkern Palma ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Pool, ist insgesamt charmant, auch dadurch, dass es nicht so groß ist. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, jedoch funktional und geschmackvoll minimalistisch gestaltet.
