Roach motel
Checked into our room with my wife and 2 year old daughter. After about an hour in the room, found out there is an infestation of cockroaches. Roaches of all sizes. Packed our bags and left. Didn’t even get an apology from the front desk. Spoke with hotels.com about a refund. After our story with pictures, hotels.com was very understanding and tried to get ahold of the hotel to start the refund process and could not get ahold of the place. Will be working with hotels.com to get my money back.

I got charged for two nights I think even three nights and I only stayed once, and then the guy says oh that'll take 3 to 5 days to get back on your card. What the hell they doing taking more than one night if I'm staying one night.

Too much money for what we got
We stayed 4 days and had no room cleaning and had to ask and nearly beg to get a second set of towels for two people. Door in our bathroom looked like someone had been angry and put big dash in it. We also had to call to get someone to quiet the people above us.

We were charged for a room we never stayed in. The room my employer was given was not cleaned, the door was propped open. The sheets looked like someone had just slept in them. The room smelled of smoke and urine. My employer told the front desk of the situation and they refused to look into it. He asked for a refund and they said they couldn't, that he had to contact Expedia which he did immediately and they said they would need to contact the hotel. They then said the hotel had blocked the number to Expedia. How Expedia can do business with a hotel that blocks their number is incredible and a huge safety issue for your clients. That you would not do everything in your power to rectify this situation is unbelievable. Expedia said they would work to get us a refund and now we're being told they are not able to offer a refund. This is insanity and unethical, and now we are being forced to get a chargeback to recoup our money. We will never use Expedia again for anyone in our network of churches and we travel every week of the year. I can't say enough how disappointed I am in Expedia and this whole process.

This property was very good for the price. I have no complaints about property, staff or services. However, our comfort was diminished by the folks in the rooms on either side of our room. They talked loudly and kept the tv on loud all night. The hotel is great. I only wish people were more considerate, and I’m not sure how the hotel could help with that.

It was everything i thought it would be. The only issue was i asked for clean towels an the girl could not provide or understand what i was asking for. This is america an english is our native language. Not sure why she couldnt understand.

The hotel itself was clean outside of the carpets in the halls..they were a bit crimey. The rooms themselves though we very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. What was odd to us was that you used a kiosk to check in and out with someone over a video! There was someone at the front desk, but they definitely couldn't be bothered for anything per their attitude. That part to me was very odd and I did not care for that idea. It seemed impersonal. The breakfast...I've stayed at these hotels before years ago and always remembered the great breakfasts they had! Well don't get too excited anymore it's just as crappy as anyone else's but they didn't even have fresh fruit of any kind. For the price I would stay here again if I had to but would never select it out of a list.
