A little gem! DORMERO was unknown to us before booked. So surprised to have such a spacious room, nice bed and shower with pressure for this price. Dogs free of charge, dog friendly staff, free minibar, free coffee and so on. Will definitively consider DORMERO later!

Clean, comfortable. For those of you in the USA, the vibe is very much like the TRU hotels. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that the parking area is very small and spaces not painted, so cars were parked at random angles causing several precious spaces to be unusable and we had to wait for someone to leave before there was room to park. But otherwise I really liked it.

The hotel is very modern and the rooms are outstanding. Breakfast buffet is vey good The reception is not always staffed so if you have any issues could pose problem's. My only negative of the property is it advertises a bar but when you want to order a drink when coming in at night we were advised a few times that it is not open and you can only order a bottle of beer.

Very helpfull and polite staff that provided all the information we needed. The hotell was new or newly renovated, ropmes were equipped with all you need : fridge, safebox huge tv and hairdryer. In the hall there is a coffe machine, water and fruits free of charge. There are many cafees and a big shopping center just around the corner. Huge and comfortable bed, the place is just 8 min walk from the train station. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you😊

Very good value for money. Friendly staff, spacious room and the very best hotel bed I had slept in for the last 10 years. However, if you want service 24/24, the hotel does not offer this. It depends on what is important to you. I thought it was really very good.

After 11pm, the hotel web site states the lobby is not staffed and they would advise of special arrangements. I emailed 24 hrs i advance for instructions. I emailed the day of my arrival. I never got a response. I was locked out of the lobby. Lucky for me, a guest saw me and let me in. Pointed me towards a stack of envelopes with names on them and keys inside. I dug mine out. I then had to let other guests in who were checking in late and were trying to get a response from the hotel.

Nice hotel, but NOT DURING SUMMER
The room did not have air-conditioning. The room remained too warm during the night, we could not sleep, even though we had the window open and had to hear noise from the street. Otherwise the room was light, clean and spacious. A good choice for winter season, but I would avoid it during summer time. There was possibility to stream via AirPlay, but the capacity was too low for streaming a movie.

Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich. Ich bin ca 2 Mal im Jahr aus geschäftlichen Gründen in dem Dormero Langenhagen. Dieses Mal habe ich ein sehr enges, kleines Zimmer im ersten Stock erhalten, welches eher für eine Einzelperson gedacht ist( trotz Doppelbett), da die zweite Person nicht ohne Berührung mit der Gardine ins Bett steigen kann. Man wird als Stammgast, quasi bestraft...das Hotel war vorher ein Achat(wo ich immer ein tolles Zimmer erhalten habe)im Dormero nach ca 10 Aufenthalten niemals ein Upgrade. Leider können oder wollen die mir keine Rechnung ausstellen, da ich über die Plattform Hotels.com gebucht habe, bei hotels.com ist aber niemand erreichbar, in der App bekommt man nur einen Beleg. Alles absolut unseriös!
