The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to. Central bus station is within 5 minutes driving distance. Service people are very nice. Their breakfast is excellent. The room was very clean and everything is almost in new condition. I highly recommend this hotel.

First time I stayed in Tepic. Not interested in the surrounding businesses but the walk to the centro was not bad. I enjoyed staying away from the Centro . Staff was nice and accommodating. Food was good. Dinner was the best. Would stay there again.

As soon as you walked in you can see the beautiful and brand new hotel. The front desk was very professional and helpful. The rooms are standard size but very beautiful and have all you could need to have a perfect stay. They offer complementary breakfast, the food is good the only down side is that it gets very busy in the weekends so you might have to wait a little bit longer for your food. We have a van with us and had no problem finding parking any of the days we stayed. The cleaning lady was great and always left the room very clean, please tip her if you can. All the rest of the staff was great, I would definitely will come back and recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

Estuvimos muy cómodos en el hotel. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno también. Mi única crítica es que la sábana del colchon estaba SÚPER roñosa. Una observación- deberían de ponerle tela de protección a los ventanales y puerta de la entrada porque a sus pobres empleados les da el sol en la pura cara.
