We stayed here for a week, and weren’t disappointed. The beach is very chilled and uncrowded unlike in the NE, but still plenty to do. The resort was great as was the food, but the best thing is the wonderful friendly staff, who couldn’t do enough for you. A particular mention for us has to go to Sandra who runs reception ( I think ) We had an accident leading to my wife being in hospital and all out grand plans having to change/Cancel. Sandra was incredibly professional and kind, going out of her way to help us with our issues and liaising with the airlines etc for us. She ( and her staff ) were a credit to the hotel. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We have been upgraded to the 2 bedroom villa with private pool. The villa is in great condition, clean, spacious and beautiful. The beds are comfy and we have good sleep every single night. There are different varieties for breakfast everyday. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. It is also a nice easy stroll along the beach to the famous fisherman village. It is also close to 7-11, mini big c and ATM machine. I would strongly recommend this resort.

Beautiful bungalow, but not much of privacy. Other guests that walk by can see into room and neighbors can see into bathroom. No full lenght mirror, which made it hard to dress. Beautiful location looking onto the ocean. Dinning room is beautiful looking into the ocean but the food was not very good with limited selections. Besides these minor down can't complain much as all the workers were all very kind, helpful and professional.

I must admit I was unsure what to expect from a smaller hotel chain, but this stay has left me thoroughly impressed. A special shoutout to the assistant manager and the hostess who greeted us each morning with a warm smile and an infectious positive attitude. Their dedication to going above and beyond made our family of four feel genuinely welcomed. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel—10 out of 10! Stayed in a beachfront pool villa. Wonderful experience overall. Villa was perfect for a family of 3. Only change we would suggest is putting in a door to separate the toilet from the rest of the bathroom, and a door handle to make it easier to open the sliding bathroom door.
