Excellent customer service. I am tourist and my vehicle did not start and a tall female customer service representative took me to my car and gave me a boost off. This is going above and beyond. I recommend this place to anyone.

Personen vid incheckningen var tyvärr totalt ointresserad av sitt arbete så första intrycket var mycket negativt. Resterande personal var okey, dock utmärkte sig en av de anställda, en ung man, genom sitt glada leende och väldiga hjälpsamhet. Fler sådana anställda skulle man kunna önska sig. Vårt rum var inte mycket att hurra för, utsikt mot sopocontainerna, varje morgon väcktes man av sopbilen. Toaletten var ett kapitel för sig, allt fungerade fint, men det var otroligt ogenomtänkt och opraktiskt, att vara akrobat hade nog hjälpt vid toalettbesöken.

Okay hotel til prisen, god beliggenhed i forhold til restaurant’er og parkering, dårlig beliggenhed i forhold til støj fra veje nær hotel værelserne, vores ene værelse var til den slidte side og havde et beskidt toilet ved ankomst samt en defekt bruser i badet. Benyttede mig ikke af hverken morgenmad eller restaurant så kvalitet vides ikke, hotellet trænger til en renovering, men de basale nødvendigheder er dækket, venligt personale. Det er ikke et dårligt hotel men for et par hundrede kroner mere kan man få et bedre hotel i byen.
