Although service was excellent and we had read the hotel had recently been refurbished, it did still appear dated in areas. We do think the 4* rating is pushing it.

A very relaxing and chilled hotel despite being right next to the Yumbo centre. Friendly and helpful staff who always have a smile to greet you with. Stay at this property was good overall- the only issues I had is that the water was running hot and cold and the air conditioner was not working properly. Extremely close to all the queer nightlife and dining options. Can be a bit noisy.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. From the frontdesk to the restaurant and pool, very lovely warm people. The rooms are outdated and there aren’t any amenities in the bathrooms, you only get towels. When staying here make sure you book a room with pool view or you will be looking at other building sides.
