A very relaxing and chilled hotel despite being right next to the Yumbo centre. Friendly and helpful staff who always have a smile to greet you with. The hotel is dated, needs revamping. Room was ok, west side room overlooking a garden. Shower terrible, no control of temperature, freezing cold to dangerously hot within a heartbeat. Shower hose split, front door lock failed, pool area small, entertainment poor. The hotel is right behind a huge tourist centre called Yumbo, shops, restaurants and bars, which was nice, some great food here. The beach area is about 15 to 20 minutes away. I would not consider staying here again.

The location of this hotel is what captured our interest. The staff are friendly and helpful when asking for help. The room was simple and clean, with easy access to Yumbo Center. Pool area was always busy during the day. Breakfast had a nice selection as well.

Stay at this property was good overall- the only issues I had is that the water was running hot and cold and the air conditioner was not working properly. Extremely close to all the queer nightlife and dining options. Can be a bit noisy.
