Location and good Customer Service.
I have stayed here a few times and it gas always been a nice experience. From the bellboy, to the recepcion, everyone is very helpful and professional. I will continue to patronize this hotel when I am in Mexico City. You can't beat the location either. Most major attractions of the Historic Center are located within walking distance.
