Anniversary trip
25th anniversary trip. Hotel was wonderful in offering a complimentary upgrade to a suite to help us celebrate. Suite was a bit dated, but very clean. Air conditioner worked well, but was quite loud at night. Staff, and house keeping were wonderful and did a fantastic job! Location was close to bus routes, mall, theatre. We would stay there again.

Situated two blocks from Ste.Catharine street and all it’s amenities this hotel may not be high end, but it offers great value for the money.

All was great other than the parking was too small to accommodate larger SUV and I had to go park in a building a few blocks away.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The area is great to explore by walkable distance from the hotel and plenty of meal options around too. The snack bar in the lobby is also really convenient during the times you don't feel like leaving your hotel for a quick snack, i wish they would have ice cream options though which they did not offer sadly. The rooms were pretty big for the price and had a nice view from the balcony especially at night time with all the lights. The only negative i would have to say is the cleanliness of the room itself. The air conditioner filter looked like it wasnt cleaned for months and some of the furniture and windows were a bit dusty but not as bad as those AC filters which i ended up cleaning myself, other than that it was a great stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for over a decade. It is convenient and quiet. Sadly, it is closing next month to be turned into luxury apartments.

Was very nice hotel. Some far from old montreal, but a good walker can do it. For someone who is not a good walker, it is far away, and the idea is to get to know it and not get in a car and miss the opportunity to see the surroundings. The area is safe around it, however, to go to the nearest supermarket it is not very pleasant to get there. But I went with my family to see it and enjoy it. The hotel is very nice, very clean. We loved our stay, view, etc. Also there are restaurants nearby and nice places to see the surroundings.

For the price paid, you're much better off reserving at another hotel. The beds are not comfortable and the walls are thin, meaning talking at room level your voice can still be heard in the corridor. The beds are also extremely uncomfortable and one of our beds was broken. Will not be returning to this hotel.

We are a family of 6 who went to Montreal for vacation. This hotel did not disappoint us. We booked the 2 bedrooms suite. Their bed is comfortable. They also provide extra linens for the couch incase to use as bed. Their kitchen is awesome and they provide the basic utensils although we didn't have time to cook. The place is walking distance to metro station and st. Catherine street where there are lots of dining options. We took the metro going to biodome. And Uber to downtown. Overall, we love to stay in this hotel again. Friedly people behind the desk.

Awesome experience with this hotel. First time staying there. It was our first family vacation, with our 2 kids. Our room had a bed and a pull out couch which was perfect for sleeping conditions and the kitchenette was a money saver. There was a grocery store nearby so the savings in meals was definitely noticed. Would recommend.

Great location and spacious rooms with kitchenette. Good for families with kids and pets just be mindful of the construction in front of the hotel they start working at 9am.

Very good hotel, kind of wish it had a bar but other than that excellent. The hallways smelled a touch of pea soup.
