Had a wonderful stay here in early December 2024. Welcoming staff made check in easy, room was super comfortable, and bed and bathroom were both perfect. The bed in particular was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Great place to stay.

The hotel was in a great location. However, the hotel is dated and could be refreshed. We asked for early check in, but only got it for one room. The main elevator was broken, so guests had to use a small service elevator. One of the rooms did not have a shower, but a tub with a shower wand. This place was below my expectations for a boutique hotel.

It was a bit of a disaster. No elevator the entire time we were there. Had to constantly call for the service elevator which was inconvenient cause you had to wait for someone to send it to you and you had to call first. No shower in room just a tub with handheld shower and tub was too large, and too high to safely step into. It might be fine for some but I wouldn’t be able to stay here again.
