Fantastic staff, great location.

Centrally located hotel with amazing staff. A special shout-out to Chiara in reception being very accommodating and service-minded at all times. I booked a quite small room, but it was quite comfortable and it had everything I needed. Excellent bathroom. But like so many other Dutch properties in Amsterdam, the stairs are basically vertical, so be aware of this when you book. But they do have a small elevator as well if needed. I don't eat breakfast so the fact that the hotel didn't offer one wasn't an issue for me. A great stay and I'd be more than happy to stay there again.

Really enjoyed my stay here! It’s located in a quiet area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Location is great. Close to museums, art galleries, restaurants, transportation. Rooms way too small. Lack of amenities. Ie. No fridge, ice or air conditioning. Charges for all extras including coffee. Decent shower but only hand soap and shampoo, nothing more. Reception staff was helpful regarding local dining locations and tram operations. Room rates are comparable to other higher end properties on our European holiday.
