There was dirty towels laying in bathroom floor when we arrived. The room was fairly clean but the bed was very worn and uncomfortable.

They put us in a building that was meant for long stays. Supposedly just remodeled. It was way below standards. Top much to list.1 single outlet for personal use.Had to do our own cleaning. No ice machine. No vending machine. No tissues. No phone. No maid or towel service. No double lock for door. No front desk service at night. Just a very rundown old building.

This is a low quality motel with sub par room. Pathway leading upto the room was dirty. Room had NO chair to sit and work. I had to be there for graduation ceremony and i booked for two nights thinking i could work after attending the ceremony, but no chair to sit next to the desk. Bathroom looked dilapidated. I had to leave after the first night. But there was no front desk to return the key. Door to the lobby was closed. I had no idea how to checkout. I called the hotel number and someone instructed how to return the key. I asked for a refund for the one night as i was leaving early, but i was denied. Hope they take that money to improve something. What a rip off this place is. Stay away from it. It also felt very unsafe. Pillows were so firm and thick that i got neck pain after one night. Never staying here, ever!
