The best hotel experience that I’ve ever had from the moment I arrived until I checked out. Never had such personalized service. A staff member escorted me to the room and explained how everything worked and where everything was at. Same with the parking garage. Hotel and room was spotless and the breakfast was exceptional! What a great hotel!!! SO beautiful inside and the location can't be beat. It was within walking distance of the funivia and all the dining and shopping a person needs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is small, not a lot of selection but enough to fill you up. There is underground parking that's a bit convoluted to get to but so nice knowing your vehicle is safe and sound. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Bolzano.

Nice large, modern room with nice views. Only way to control room temperature was by opening windows, which were very large. Bathroom vanities were two sinks which was nice, but if you prefer privacy this is not for you. They were out in the open behind the bed. Close to train station and old town. Very walkable to everything we wanted to do. Excellent breakfast
