Best hotel in Provence. Room was clean and beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be going back and staying. It is centrally located I didn’t take a taxi the entire time I was there. Even the tour meeting point is a 3 min walk. Perfection!!

The website is deceiving and it was not as well attended to as I had hoped The room was cramped and the bathroom run down especially the bathtub They had limited hot water and one day was going to be no hot water due to repairs & no consolatory offer in return All Very Mediocre

My curtains were broken and did not fully close, also there were businessmen in the breakfast room on calls which made for a noisy breakfast room. I don't think this is good practice for a hotel to allow this. However the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

Awesome property! Right in the heart of Vielle Ville. Room was perfect for 3 nights. Breakfast was offered (for a price) and we ate there each morning. All the staff was superb and made us feel welcome each time we walked through the door. When we return to Aix en Provence, we will be staying here again!
