Fair price
Looks dated outside but inside is quite good. There’s a kitchen with items that you never know you going to need like aluminium foils, cling films, etc. Comes handy. Room just as you paid for, it’s clean but could do with new sheets, pillows and towels as well. Parking looks dodgy outside but is actually safe. Near the city centre probably bout 2-3miles away.

Good clean basic room.En-suite modern bathroom. Nice view of the river and working docks. Easy access without any staff. Received email 2 days before the stay with all entry codes.
Good kitchen with all utensils, toaster, kettle pans etc. 2 full size fridge/freezers.
1 mile to new Everton stadium.
3/4 mile to Sandhills train station which has soccer buses to Goodison or Anfield on match days.
The train station goes directly into Liverpool city centre.
City centre is 2.3 miles walk all along easy one road route.

Bolt-hole to go to Anfield
Just needed a overnight place to watch the football. This suited me perfectly. Bed was comfy. I didn't use the TV or the shower ( early train to catch) but I did appreciate the very hot water for my shave. A little bit out of the way( 14 minutes)in terms of catching the bus to the city centre, but there were plenty of buses to choose from. The walk to the bus stop might not be so pleasant in December. The kitchen was fine with a good selection of drinks.

The room hadn't been cleaned and the company would not respond to texts, phone calls,we had to sleep with cigarette ash on the bed. The beds hadn't been changed. Dirty towels on the bathroom floor that stank of mould. Shower dripping all night. Terrible area.noisy area lots of traffic.so dirty.

A great option in a match day. The hotel is unstaffed but the instructions were very clear. The room is spacious and clean for the price. Not a convenient location but easy access to local transportation taking you to the city centre.

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my room for my two night stay at Dockside Lodge. The bed was a king size, the en-suite was clean and tidy and the room had a fair sized TV. There is an onsite kitchen which has everything you need for a stay and just next door there is small cafe for breakfast if you don't want to cook for yourself. The local shopping mall is a short walk away and this was really convenient for me as I was going to a gig at the Salt and Tar next door. Brilliant value for the price and well recommended.

Just a short stay...
The in-advance communication was great and helpful to do a self-check-in. I would love to book the same place when I go to Liverpool or nearby sites.

The kitchen is supposed to be a communal area where customers eat, make drinks, cook etc, but it was disappointing to see those beddings put on top of the cooker and table, there was also a snotty tissue left on the worktop (did not take photo of it as it was disgusting)

Arrived at this property, thinking it was a derelict building. Unfortunately the two single beds had very old worn bedding, on looking closer, try here were strands of hair inside the bed and on the pillows. We tried to contact the property to no avail, mobile number and WhatsApp unanswered
We didn't stay in the property, contacted Expedia who have been unable to get a refund

Property was clean & access was easy. It is straight across from the docks so good location for workers. We booked it to go to a concert in Bootle and it was fine to use as a base. About 20-25 minutes walk from the station and centre of Bootle. Petrol station was the closest shop we found about 10 minutes walk away. Overall it was absolutely fine for what we needed it for, I probably would stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Comfortable, value for money rooms near Liverpool
The outside of the building and general dock land area looked rough, but once inside the rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. A kitchen is provided in the hallway but it would be nice to have a kettle in the room for tea/coffee refreshments. Overall, it was a great place to stay for an event in Bootle and within a taxi ride to the centre of Liverpool!

Fire alarm went off multiple times throughout the night. You can hear everything from the outside. Sink was dirty. The hotel had a strange smell. No soaps in the bathroom. No staff to assist you.
